Shipping & Delivery
We pack and ship with care, aiming to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow its journey.
Please note: once your parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service, it is out of our hands. While we do our best to support timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues that arise during transit. Delivery timeframes can vary, especially during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. If something’s not quite right or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
