We ship Australia-wide via trusted postal and courier services. All orders are packed with care from our studio and dispatched within 1–5 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. Once your parcel has left our hands, please understand that we are not responsible for any delays or lost parcels caused by the courier or postal service. While we wish we could hand-deliver every package, some things are out of our control once it’s in transit.

If you run into any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number. Of course, if you need guidance, we’re happy to help however we can.
